Governance Process
Proposal Lifecycle:
Submission Phase: Requires a 1,000 PLAY deposit to prevent spam proposals.
Voting Phase: On-chain voting lasts 7 days; requires at least 20% of staked PLAY to participate, and 60% approval to pass.
Execution Phase: Passed proposals are subject to a 24-hour time-lock before execution, allowing emergency veto by the community.
Emergency Response:
A community-activated emergency pause switch enables asset freezing via multi-signature wallets in case of attacks or critical vulnerabilities. Hard forks can be initiated to resolve major issues.
